The yarn is prepared in a conditioning room to recuperate moisture throughout the entire cone so that it is suitable for every type of knitting.
The programming of the knitting machines is performed by a specialized technician who takes care of quality control of the prototypes.
For the production Shima Seiki knitting machines of various gauges – from 5 to 14 – are being used. The knitted pieces are then carefully checked by specialists who verify that all pieces are produced to the same size and quality standard and divided by size, color and according to the order/customer.
The knitted pieces are washed in water with the addition of detergents which brighten the colors of the fibers and enhance the fabric.
In order to ensure that the laundering process is consistent and safe, precise dosing of the detergent is carried out by pumps operated automatically by the laundry program.
The drying machines operate with adjustable rotation speed and temperature according to the type of yarn. The pieces are then ironed with an ironing press or by hand by a specialist who carefully checks the products for any imperfections in color or texture.
The knitted fabric is being cut and sewn together by skilled personnel who precisely follow specification sheets and work according to the customer’s prototype.
The production manager monitors every single step of the manufacturing process up until the final ironing of the garments.
The finished garments are ironed and checked against measurement control sheets, sorted by size and color, and are then ready to be packaged and shipped to our customers.
Our resources for continuous monitoring of the production process prevent any possible errors and imperfections.
